No, 10 one-hour work outs. Do the ten workouts over a 2 week or 2 and a half week period.
I love doing this workout because it is not only toning and stretching, but it is also relaxing. You feel stronger and better toned after only one workout! Though I have done this workout over 120 times. The best tape. Thank God for Callen Pinckney.
