Sorry people, but he's right. You might get more OPTIMAL results from eating "clean", but at the end of the day, it's a nonsensical concept.
Eat more fiber, and less sugars. Drink water often, and move around at least for more time than it takes you to sit and eat every meal; In other words, walk at least 3 hours a week. it will help GREATLY to stop eating junk food (or libberwort) and soda pop. Meat is optional, preferably organic but less is best, as it is more work to digest. Don't fool yourself with counting calories.. that is bull-sack. seriously, just avoid eating shit you dont need
Natural oatmeal, types of sugars, English muffins
I get an acid kick-back that burns my esophagus.
I've eaten a high carb diet for so long, and I literally either
1: binge
2: emotional high to CRASH --> Depression
3: Binge ---> Bulimia = (
but when I eat fats and proteins I seriously feel REAL and get an honest full satiety
No sugar cravings, acid pains, binges, post eating depressions
I never tried a Prot/Fat style b4
so wish me luck. I hate food badly
I found I'm a Protein type and it gave me a list of stuff I should focus on in my diet :)

the IT at my school told me i was the first to screw up my computer as bad as i did, but had a back up and fixed it within an hour
